Our products are priced in Euro (EUR). Your credit card will be charged in Euro.

How long does shipping take?
This will depend on where in the world you live! Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm. You can track your order once it has shipped using the tracking number provided.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for orders of 350€ & over. Due to our use of express delivery free shipping is not possible.
How do I get 10% off my first order?
Just sign up for our newsletter and you’ll be getting 10% off your first order. In addition, you’ll be the first ones to know about upcoming events, new launches and fun surprises.
Do you offer any sales?
Since our brand is item oriented we do not do seasonal sales. However from time to time we are happy to have flash sales or product promotions. Sign up on our newsletter, create an account and follow us on social media in order to be the first to know.
The item I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?
Of course! Unless we are withdrawing an item, everything is being restocked as soon as we can. Add your email to the waitlist and you’ll be notified via email once its back in stock.
How do I return my order?
Sorry you need to return! Just log into your account and request a return. If you checked out as a guest please create an account and request a return using the information of your order. Once you’ve done that we’ll email you the label and instructions.
Where can I find your clothes?
Make Room garments are available here at our makeroom.world store and in selected stores worldwide.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of items with the appropriate tags attached within 14 days of purchase.
We cannot accept items that appear visibly worn or damaged, have tags removed and are returned later than the 14 day window. These items will be sent back to you at your own cost.
Items purchased during flash sales cannot be returned.
Can I make changes to an existing order?
If you’ve placed an order it’s not possible to make changes to it.

Can I exchange my order?
Right now we are not able to offer exchanges! Feel free to return an item and place a new order.
What if my item is faulty?
We try our best to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with an item delivered to you please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photographs of the product fault and return within 14 days of receipt.
